Divorce cases that play out in court may not yield a result you are happy with. However, you may get another opportunity to resolve some issue with your case. You can appeal a judge’s decision on all or part of your divorce or custody hearing. At the Law Office of Raleigh D. Kalbfleisch, we are ready to look at your case to see if we believe you are eligible for an appeal. If so, we can move forward with getting you the best possible outcome given your circumstances.

Getting an appeal may not be a simple task for a layperson. You may be eligible for an appeal if the previous judge made a decision without hearing all relevant facts. A judge may have made a grand error that affected the outcome of the case. There could have been some procedural error (a “technicality”) that caused the outcome you did not want.
